Terms and Conditions applicable to all rentals:

  1. Rental payment is monthly in advance by direct debit from your bank account. Payment of programming and set-up charges is by direct debit prior to despatch or collection from our premises.
  2. EFTPOS terminals included are refurbished Ingenico Desk 3200 models. You can choose to upgrade the EFTPOS terminal to a new Ingenico Desk 5000 model for an additional $10 + GST per month. You can also add a pinpad to either terminal to give you a 2-piece terminal for $7 + GST per month.
  3. The rental price includes any necessary EFTPOS software upgrades and replacement for any faulty equipment provided the fault is caused by fair wear and tear during normal use. Damage caused by liquid spillage, malicious or negligent actions, impact or dropping, or electrical surge including lightning strikes are not covered by your rental fee. If you want to be protected against the cost of these types of events you should seek cover from your insurance company.
  4. All our QUORiON rentals include a cash drawer and an EFTPOS interface cable.
  5. You will need to provide us with your Worldline merchant number, which you can obtain from your Merchant Service Provider (MSP) – this could be your bank or another provider. This will allow your terminal to access the EFTPOS network and will link the terminal to your bank account. Your MSP will advise you of their charges which will include a monthly network fee and a percentage charge for credit and contactless cards if you choose to accept these forms of payment. These charges are not covered by your rental fee with us.
  6. All prices are in NZ$ and include the cost of delivery to your business. The safe return of all items of our equipment at the end of the rental period is your responsibility and we strongly recommend that you retain our original packaging for this purpose.
  7. All rentals include one free training session of up to one hour which is available during our normal business hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Times for this training must be confirmed in advance with our technical team.
  8. All rentals include simple instructions so you can make basic programming changes like price changes. Phone support is also available if required during our normal business hours.
  9. All rentals include emergency phone support from 7 am to 10 pm, 7 days per week including public holidays. This does not include making any programming changes to your cash register or providing additional training.
